Retreat | SOLITUDE ARTIST RETREAT AT THE FARM
Seclude yourself on our organic farm and get back to the real world for a long weekend of writing, painting, or your brand of art-making. You'll be staying in our Farm Cottage. It has a clean, bright, well-lit room with a tall ceiling and many windows. It is appointed with a full-size bed, a small desk and chair, and the equipment to prepare easy meals (small refrigerator, microwave, and tea kettle.) You have your own bath with shower. The cottage features heat & AC, ceiling fan, and a wonderful porch where you'll be able to work.
The cottage is not equipped with wifi.
You can arrive on Thursday at any time and stay until Monday afternoon. The cost is $400.
Sit on your front porch drinking a cup of rich coffee photographing the wind in an ancient swamp chestnut oak. Give the horses a treat. Watch ducks waddle by and chickens come pecking along. Work at your own pace. Go out for a hike. Take a drive through the countryside.
You will not be interrupted. You can pour yourself into your work.
